It's never cute nor comfy to wear stylish winter clothes when we have relatively high humidity. But then again, today’'s fashion is all about individuality and taking risks, and fab risks at that. As long as you can pull it off, who cares about such controlling factors?
Gone were the days when stockings are worn exclusively by corporate chicks and office girls. With tights, leggings and opaques being the ultimate must-have this season, stockings have made it to high-end stylist’s' lists. That’'s why City Lady has collaborated with renowned whimsical designer Kate Torralba, for a collection of fab and stylish stockings that every city lady is sure to love!
For her part, Torralba was psyched at the prospect of doing a hosiery line. "‘‘I love stockings, especially when I am traveling. But I hardly find the colors and the funky prints that I like. And this is an opportunity to make something that I really like wearing. The City Lady has been a stalwart in the local stocking market for decades. And it was a privilege to work with the company and have my hosiery frustrations addressed at the same time,"’’ says Torralba.
Given Torralba's playful sensibilities, she works out hosiery wonders that are sure to be the season’s ultimate fashion statement.
‘‘Leg Love: Kate Torralba for City Lady’’ is an exclusive collaboration with the stocking brand. The theme is fun and flirty. The collection includes three themed mini-collections: textured stockings in neutrals, interestingly colored solids and the limited edition Leg Love prints that are very KT!

The collection includes various looks and combinations that any fashionable woman can create with her ‘‘Leg Love by Kate Torralba for City Lady’’ stockings. You can mix and match different colors of stockings and have fun with their vibrant color pallets. The stockings come in 12 colored solids and three colors per print. Unlike other stockings, Leg Love can be washed and used several times because of its excellent quality.
Torralba has been known for her well-coordinated ensembles, colorful prints and embellished designs. She can easily pull off a head-turning outfit with short skirts and dresses, matched with her favorite stockings.
